Return Process

  Log in to your Rosso Brunello account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the shoes are placed in their original branded packaging with all tags attached and no visible signs of wear on the soles.

  Pickup and Logistics

  Once your request is approved, a courier will be dispatched to your address within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
